One of the main advantages of powder coating, over wet paint spraying, is the powder applies in a much more even way, has greater micron coverage and has a much more durable finish once cured.
Another huge benefit to powder coating is that it is an environmentally safe process. This is due to the fact that powder coating produces very little volatile organic compounds.

What is the Powder Coating process?

2. Next we clean and degrease the components
3. Then we vapour blast them to remove any particles
4. Heat the component in our purpose-built oven to release gases
5. Now we apply the powder coating to the component.
6. We then return the component to the oven for a final bake to cure the part.
